Entry requirements for international students

What qualifications do you need?

Course specific requirements

Each course has a set of specific academic entry requirements that you will need to meet in order to be considered for entry into the course. You can find more details of these requirements on the course page.

Check your academic equivalents

As an international student, we understand that you will not have UK qualifications. The good news is that we accept qualifications from all over the world. Take a look at the academic equivalents relevant to your country that apply to your intended course of study.

Interviews, portfolios, and auditions

Depending on the course, you might also be asked for an interview, test, audition or a portfolio in addition to your application form. Check if this is required for your course.

English language requirements

As well as academic qualifications, you also need to make sure that you meet our English language requirements. This is especially important if you are not a national of a majority English-speaking country or you haven't completed a degree in English.

Visas

As an international student, you will require a student visa to study in the UK.

Life as an international student | 最新麻豆原创 video thumbnail

Hi everyone, my name is Adela and I recently graduated from the BA Advertising, Public Relations and Branding at 最新麻豆原创. Coming to 最新麻豆原创, I wasn't really sure what to expect academically because I was coming from another country.

What surprised and amazed me was how creative, practical and collaborative the lessons were. The biggest challenge for me was definitely moving to London. What helped me was getting in touch with my family as much as possible and also me and my classmates.

We started recording podcasts at one of the university's recording studios, which worked as an amazing therapy and helped us to get through the beginning of our studies. Studying at 最新麻豆原创 helped me to discover my biggest passion for graphic design and branding, which led into establishing my little studio that's been slowly growing.

And also the support from the tutors helped me to get an offer for my master's degree in the graphic design field. One of my highlights was meeting with the people from different countries, from different culture or professional backgrounds.

I am a person who loves to meet with people who loves to socialize. So getting in touch and making friends with people from all around the world was just amazing. Aside of graduating with the first class, proud that I took the opportunity, overcame my fear and got transferred for my last academic year to where I became a part of MDX community where I found a lot of amazing friends and had a chance to explore the beautiful island.

What I learned about myself during my three years at the university is that I'm capable of more than I would ever imagine and that taking the risk and opportunities and challenges is the best I can do for myself.
